What is eCheckoutPay charging me?

With eCheckoutPay you are only charged a processing fee. There are no monthly, setup. You can check pricing on our home page or In account dashboard Fees & Charges mentioned which are the processing fees for your transactions. Other bank service fees may apply for services like chargeback handling. Additionally a rolling reserve or a currency exchange fee may be applied depending on your business model. In order to determine if these fees apply to your business we would need to learn more about your company during the activation process..

Which countries is eCheckoutPay available in?

As a eCheckoutPay merchant you can accept payments from around the globe. However, we can only provide our service to merchants from the following countries: Austria Belgium Bulgaria Croatia Czech Republic Denmark Estonia Faroe Islands Finland France Germany Greece Hungary India Ireland Iceland Isle of Man Italy Latvia Liechtenstein Lithuania Luxembourg Malta Monaco Netherlands Norway Poland Portugal Romania Sweden Switzerland Slovakia Slovenia Spain United Kingdom For information regarding processing currencies and settlement please login to your account.

Which payment methods are available?

You will be able to activate the following payment methods from the get-go: VISA VISA Electron MasterCard Maestro (available only if 3D Secure is enabled) Additional payment methods can be requested by contacting [email protected] SEPA Direct debit (for merchants with a German bank account) PayPal American Express (available in Austria, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Spain, Sweden and United Kingdom).

How can I start processing in different currencies?

Which business models are accepted?

Most business models are accepted. However there are some exceptions. We do not accept shops with content that meets any of the following criteria:
Websites with “XXX” rated content (Nightclubs, erotic bars, striptease local / bars, swingerclubs, brothels of every inclination, restaurants / bars of the red light or dodgy milieu, casinos / gambling casinos, gun trades or categories comparable to the above categories) Sub-acquiring / merchant aggregation Drugs and related accessories (intoxicating substances) Other illegal or banned products and services Weapons for hunting/leisure purposes Alcohol Tobacco (including e-cigarettes).
